Return & Refund Policy

At GENART COLLECTION, all products are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer convenience. Please consider your purchase carefully before placing an order.


■ Exceptions

We will accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item is clearly defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us at

We cannot accept any return or exchange requests made after this period.


■ Return Conditions

Returns will be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused and in the same condition as delivered

  • It is returned in the original packaging

  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase

  • We have approved your return in advance

⚠️ Please do not send your item back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


■ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Sale items

  • Selected products including fashion items


■ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.


■ EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

For orders delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of purchase, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories

  • Contact us at the above email for further instructions


■ Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment after the returned item has been inspected

  • Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
