Payment Timing

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience.

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or issue a refund after confirmation.

  • Please note: any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees paid during delivery are non-refundable, even if a refund is issued.

  • Cancellations after order confirmation are generally not accepted.
